Detailed Bio

Frank Paré started his career over 19 years ago at a major brokerage firm headquartered in San Francisco.  He has several industry licenses, which include the General Securities (Series 7); State Securities (Series 63); Registered Investment Advisor (Series 65); Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53); New York Stock Exchange Sales Supervisor (Series 8); and the General Sales Principal (Series 24).

Frank obtained his Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of California at Berkeley-Extension.  He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) professional and has an M.B.A. in Management from Golden Gate University.  His undergrad degree is in International Relations from San Francisco State University.

Frank has worked for a number of brokerage, wealth management, and investment advisory firms. He has hosted radio programs and written articles on financial planning.  He has been quoted and has also served as a resource on various topics regarding financial planning for Black Enterprise Magazine. In addition, he has served on multiple industry related and civic boards and has been instrumental in organizing the Financial Planning Association – East Bay Chapter & City of Oakland Financial Planning Clinic.

Frank started his Firm, PF Wealth Management Group, in 2006 based upon the principles that financial services should be dictated by the dreams and goals of the client not by the products the Firm is required to sell.
